Comments:
I felt great during this run. I ran 7:34, 7:35, 7:37 as my first 3 miles. I kept it steady. My last 4 were around 7:41. For some reason at 5.75 miles in to my run, I got a bad cramp and paused my run for a minute to let that cramp go away. Maybe it was my food, not sure.
