Good Long Run

Weather: nice, a little humid but cool (70)

Very nice run, home to river rd. via cj and back. Long runs are so much easier when you don't force them. PF hurt a little starting up and a little at the end but otherwise it's getting a lot better. Out of cj back home was quicker but once again not forcing it
