Comments:
Breakfast= ham sandwich with chocolate milk
Lunch= spicy beef patty
Dinner= rice, salad, chicken
Also had a bottle of water and 2 slices of bread.
I felt pretty good after the run, with no pains or discomforts. Went to bed at 12 and woke up at 9.
