2 WU ( 8x300m with 1:30 rest) 2 CD I felt pretty damn good on this run. The track was covered so I guesstimated 300m as 1min. I was going pretty fast. I also did the manhatten transfer abs. Then I did the lift. With the first set of front squats:90lbs,then 90lbs, 115lbs, 135lbs, then 145lbs. I am able to squat more now and it is not as difficult. I also went down for a slow 5 seconds. then i did 70lbs for lunges, 55lbs for bicep curl, 20lbs for SA tri press. Then did 100 lbs with dumbells for incline bench, then 135lbs for raised calf raises, and 50lbs for SA lat pull downs.
