Comments:
I bundled up the best I could, but it was still brutal. I did a 3 mile WU 3 x 1500(3 min rest) in 4:57 (approximately 5:20 pace) and then did a 3 mile CD with shane at the hs. I then lifted. Back squats I did first set of 135lbs, then 170lbs for the next two, and then 180 for the last one. I did the warmup and the pullups,dips, and anterior tibialus band. I felt pretty tired with the squats, but still did the 5 seconds slow down movement. I then did 155 for the glute bar raises on the bench, those are always fun. Then I did the circuit with 25lbs and that is alwas tough.
