Tough Day

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Went to the HS and did 10min jog, 10min norm, 10tempo, and 10 hard with 5 min CD. I then lifted and did abs. I did 135 for the first set of back squats, then 170 for the next two, and 185 for the last one. I had to hold the down for 5 seconds. The lifting is getting easier. Good tired day.
