Exercise Type: Weights
Weather: inside.
Comments:
did a 45 minute workout of legs/arms/abs.
did a a set of 40 crunches, immediately followed by 10 pushups, then 2:00 plank (rest for 1:00) then repeat (x3).
next did 25 pound weight lift while in pushup form (5 on each arm), then did weight lift (5 on each arm) while standing up, 00:30 second break and repeat (x3), then did 200 squats (no rest).
