Legs felt real achy today - couldn't exactly pinpoint the source of the pain, it's not in my shins and it doesn't feel muscular either...I'll probably take a rest day tomorrow and see if that helps. Jumped in with Sandy on a couple of her 800s, she was running around 6:40 pace which for the indoor track is about as fast as you want to go.
