Comments:
Felt great doing a workout before my kids got there! Especially on the Episcopal track where I had some of my most exciting indoor races as a Hopper myself.
Specifically I worked on getting out hard each 200, almost a full out sprint for the first 50 meters and then relaxing on the back stretch, staying tight on the 2nd turn and bringing it home with my ARMS!
Only 90 seconds between each interval and I completed 8 200s!
