Comments:
Ran on treadmill at gym after practice and a long day. Ran about 14:00 easy and then did 11x1:00 on/1:00 off. Finished with about 11:00 for 47:10 total.
Started ons at 5:52 pace and dropped done to 5:14. 7:13 pace on all offs. Good workout.
A little core after.
