Had to really dig deep to complete this run - had some really uncomfortable soreness in my lower legs. I'm pretty sure these are just adjustment pains - but I'll keep an eye on it. Aside from that I was happy with how I felt that these speeds. It was difficult, but not overly difficult, definitely could have kept going at the end.
