Had planned to run during lunch but didn't have time so went to McGlaughlin, downgraded, and did some bells.
5 Rounds:
5 one arm swing
5 snatch
5 press
5 front squats
Repeat with other arm then do 5 pullups = 1 round. I think the bell was 45#
Did a whole bunch of other stuff. 3x10 Bulgarian Split Squats @ 2x25# bells
Some Thrusters, windmills, russian twist, slasher to halo. Finished with 2:00 Figure 8s @ 40#, then 3x10 Pistols (5/5) @ 20#
