Exercise Type: Weights

Comments:
Did the GAFPB swim test this morning (100m with full ACU minus boots). Sucked! Got home, took a nap, then:

4 Rounds @24kg, complete all exercises with one arm, then switch arms, then rest 1 minute
7x One-legged Bent Row
7x Clean and Press
7x Front Squat
7x One-arm Pushup
Not many reps in a complex so not much on the lungs but a real muscle burner.

10x Crusher Curls @ 16kg (these things are awesome!)
25x Hand-to-Hand Passes @ 16kg
tried some bottoms up press and getup situps, both of which I really need to work on.
