Comments:
Breakfast= cheese and chicken sandwich with chocolate milk
Lunch= toasted bread with a banana
Dinner= rice, banana, chicken
Also had a pb&j sandwich
Had an easy 32 minute run followed by a long stretching period.
Went to bed at 10:30 and woke up at 6.
