Breakfast= cheese and chicken sandwich
Lunch= nothing
Dinner= stringbeans, rice, chicken, salad
Also had a bottle of water and a sandwich
Had a 54 minute long run. Felt good during the run. Went to bed at 11 and woke up 6.
