Comments:
Met up with the london penguin masters for my first structured swim training session. Swimming with a group really helped to push me that little bit harder. Small amount of work on other strokes (back, breast and butterfly) was interesting.

200m freestyle
100m freestyle
4 x 50m rolling IM
6 x 50m kick (front and back)
8 x 100m freestyle
200m freestyle swim down
