PROGRESSION FREAKING RUN

*last segment I dropped to 6:30 and a bit of pain came, slowed back down to 6:45

ice (20 min)

feeling the run a bit. General soreness mostly due to running at an actual pace. Also, left hamstring what feels like muscle connected to problem tendon is either really sore or pulled or something. Actual tendon does not feel inflamed.
Still taking 2 advil 2x a day. Running out though, switching to ibuprofen soon.
