Figured the best way to listen to the new For Today album was to run with it. Was gonna be a day off but decided to do a loosening run before the GAFPB fitness test tomorrow morning. Hamstrings and glutes are super sore, probably from those pistols yesterday. Easy pace on the 'mill but felt crappy. Wore sweats and that gym is hot as it is. Album is fantastic.
Finished up with some KB windmills and a yoga video.
