Found this one online.
Complete 50 reps of the complex:
1x One Arm Swing
1x Snatch
1x Clean and Press
1x Reverse Turkish Getup
1x One Arm Swing
After completing the complex, switch arms. 50 reps total. @ 24kg
Finished with Front Squats: 10x Front Squat w/ 24kg in left hand, 16kg in right hand, 10x Windmill (left arm) @ 16kg; 10x Front Squat w/ 24kg in right hand, 16kg in left hand, 10x Windmill (right arm) @ 16kg.
3 rounds of that. So basically 60 squats total, but in halves with one side bearing more weight. You work with what you got and I don't got two 24kg bells! So I figured going heavy and overloading one side was the best way to get heavier squats while really hitting the core.
