Long One!

Comments:
Had to get a long one in before HL. Tried out the new 20oz handheld. I like it! Not bad at all to carry.

Felt pretty good for most of the run. Heavy at the start and about 3/4 in I was starting to die down. Took a gu at the halfway point and that helped immediately. Also had Cytomax in the bottle so some cals and electrolytes there. Good run overall on the battlefield.

Distance is my closest estimate. Maybe +/- a tenth of a mile or so. I'll never know.
