Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I got on a treadmill, and after a mile I had to get off. My chest was really tight, and I was coughing was too much. I feel 10 times better today than yesterday so hopefully it'll be gone by Saturday. If it's not gone, it won't effect my race. I am always afraid of dying in my races but since I am already dying I have nothing to lose. (except a lung or two)
