It seems like I am coming along on my goal to get into decent shape for a fast mile... I'm just a few weeks behind schedule, but if I maintain (or regain) focus, I should be able to find a mile opportunity where I can give a better try than on that slow track last week.
I need to get in the every other week long run thing. I need to get mileage back up to 30-40 miles per week. I need to keep getting speed work in once a week. I need to roll more regularly.
