Another Progression Run, Hard Move

Comments:
Had another progression run on tap today, after a 2 mile warm up. Coach originally told us 20-20-20 but then revised that after he realized that we would be way over our mileage if we did that. We did 15-15-20 on the same loop as last week. The whole team was together five minutes into the tempo still, and I still felt like I wasn't working very hard. Knouse came up and started pushing the pace, seeming a bit annoyed to me, so I made a hard surge down Kevin Drive and strung everyone out, then Mahalsky took the pace from me and we really started moving fast. I heard sub 4:50 for that mile, so I guess we were moving quick. We gapped everyone by a good bit. I didn't feel incredibly hot today, haven't the last few workouts. I will be feeling good Saturday, though. That's for sure.
