Comments:
Breakfast= ham, cheese, chicken sandwich
Lunch= macaroni
Dinner= macaroni with vegetables and chicken
Also had a banana and a slice of bread
Had a 30 minute run with 6 sprints, and then light arm work
Went to bed at 11 and woke up at 6
