Weather: 50ish and pleasant at dusk

Comments:
I'd intended an hour long run with an alumnae, but that fell through, so I did family things all day and ended up in my usual time crunch. Looped the golf course feeling pretty good and building the pace throughout. Finished strong down Conn Ave and pretty much sprinted the length of Livingston. Again, I was able to focus on form as I accelertaed. I noticed some fatigue form the brisk pace yesterday, but felt fresher than I'd expected. I obviously would have liked a bit more mileage this week... two consecutive days off is always irritating, but if my goal is more shorter, quality runs, then these past two days were just that. I'd even say they might add up to a decent workout With some turnover work at the end of both. Watch stopped at 35:09 exactly... childhood address.
