Comments:
-Three sets of planks: 1:10; 1:40; 2:10.
-Three sets of 12 assisted dips: 60 lbs; 50 lbs; 40 lbs.
-Three sets of 20 pulls on the low row weight machine (rowing machine wasn't available): 100 lbs; 105 lbs; 105 lbs.
Elliptical: 5 min on 10; 4 min on 11; 3 min on 12; 3 min on 13; 3 min on 14; 3 min on 15; 1 min on 16; 1 min on 15; 1:35 on 14. Machine said I had a net gain of 3,400 feet in altitude during the workout.
