Lunch: tacos, rice, and corn
Dinner: chicken noodle soup & Mac and cheese

Felt great, did 6 loops and surged pretty good up the hills. I felt my times were pretty consistent for each mile, but I'm not sure because I don't know my times. For the first loop my time was 6:40. Kinda like a hard Fartlek workout with hills.
