Comments:
went out today and i was all like "yeah imma fuck this run up" . legs were feeling pretty good so i did a 45 minute run where i would negative split every mile but also significantly pick up the pace every 15 minutes. my splits are as follows:
1- 7:28
2- 7:07
3- 6:45
4- 6:41
5- 6:23
6- 6:16
(.72 miles) - 6:00 pace and 4:17 total
right hamstring is really sore.. more details to come?
