Comments:
Met at the indoor track at 4:00 today for a cute little R workout. I wasn't feeling incredibly confident beforehand, but it appears that we have improved. After 4x200, Me, Ty, and Mahalsky hit all of our 400s in 61 and 62. We are approaching a new level of running economy. I am very excited about this one.
