Weather: FREEZING COLD

Comments:
Breakfast: cereal + cinnamon bun
Lunch: pastrami sandwich + 2 cookies
Dinner: chicken, potatoes, and vegetables
Sleep: 10:30-6:00
Felt horrible. My hands and feet were frozen and I ran at a slow mile pace. I kinda slogged. After the run went to the weight room and did: 4 sets of 5 reps (bench pressing).
