Comments:
I pool ran for 30 minutes today. I also did core last night. Went to the trainer after and she looked at my leg. She heated it, had me foam roll it, and ice it. Then she gave me a compression sleeve and a boot so I can walk around without crutches. She wants me to see the school physician on Monday so he can check it out
