3 mile time trial

Weather: Nice, almost 40 degrees

Comments:
Breakfast: cereal
Lunch: fish sandwich and fries
Dinner: pizza and pasta soup
Sleep: 10:00-6:00
Felt good, but I had some soreness in my legs from squatting. Ran a pretty decent time. It is not a pr but I'm happy with my time. My pr time was at croton pt park. At the start I wasn't feeling good mentally but once I started I got my head in the game. My first mile was the fastest and my second mile was the slowest. I picked it up a little bit in the last mile.
