First day of Spring Track

Weather: Felt warm

Comments:
Breakfast: eggs and oatmeal
Lunch: chicken, rice, and corn
Dinner: burger, spinach, and fries
Sleep: 10:30-6:00
Same hill workout as we did at the beginning of winter season. Felt pretty good. I did 10 hills up and down. I think going up and down the hill one time is about 400m. Can't wait till we get on the track.
