10x400 workout

Weather: 40 degrees and raining

Comments:
Ran a 10x400 meter workout on the track at AU with Sammy, Julia, Sarah P, Isabel and Katherine in my group. Times hovered around 83-86 for the most part, with the eighth pickup being my weakest at 88 (I think), but finished strong with Billy (!) pacing me at 81.

Overall I was really pleased with both my physical and mental work ethic throughout, and I thought I gave it my all and remained consistent with times. In general, I need to focus on lengthening my stride, and not tightening my face during the last 100.

Ran back to school with Ktrain who was the only other person who did 10 with me, and did crunch progression and supermen with DZ when I got back. Additional strengthening/pushups while Grace and I waited for Abby to finish softball practice.
