Comments:
The team did steady runs down Nebraska, with length depending on the group. Ran with some girls until Sibley Hospital where they turned around and I continued down onto MacArthur and loop up Dana Place back to Nebraska. Was feeling good so I picked up my pace along MacArthur and really worked the Dana hill, sustaining the faster pace until I reached Foxhall. Stretch/strengthened, then lifted for an hour downstairs in the gym afterwards.
