Comments:
Breakfast= pb&j sandwich with chocolate milk
Lunch= philly cheesesteak with chocolate milk
Dinner= rice, ox tail, vegetables
Also had a banana and a bottle of water
Ran the 5k with mile splits of 6:07, 6:20, and 6:21. Ran the last 200m in 37 seconds for an overall time of 19:25. Had a long cooldown afterwards and then core workouts.
Went to bed at 11:45
