Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran 2.5 miles up on treadmill at gym. Then ran 9x1:00 on/1:00 off. Started at 6:00 pace and worked down to about 5:30 pace. Then ran a 2:00 on at end around 5:20 pace. A little over a mile cool down for 8 miles. Felt pretty good for the most part. Still sick with chest cold but felt good. First run on treadmill in a few weeks!
Core and some weights after.
