Tempo workout aquajogging in pool.
Honestly difficult to make it as hard as a real tempo. Still a little nervous about my knee. Stiff and the possibility of pain doesn't seem too far off every morning. Usually gets better through the day.
10 min aquajogging warmup
30 minute tempo
2 miles running cool down
-didnt lift, its mostly legs and this lift screwed it up last week
8 x 30 plus 50 pushups
good stretch
good ice
knee feeling good after dinner.
