Comments:
I had a super late lunch because of testing. I was full during the run. I was trying to do 5 minute fartleks at around 2-3 mile race pace. It was almost suicidal. I felt horrible. I got a huge cramp. I felt good during the warm up. I started then just jogging at a slow 8:40 mile pace. I started walking a little bit, and then jogged back to the school after going a shortcut. It felt easier after that walk because the cramp was gone. if it wasn't for the cramp, I would have had a good run.
