Comments:
night time run when the sun went down and it was still in the mid 70s. goddamn. yeah, i was shirtless, it was super hot. ew. anyway, ran with my friend anna around our track. really good run again! breathing was fine, my shins got really sore after the end though. did a two mile tempo run on the track and a last 200 meter all out.
extra: plank circuit (2:00 forward, 1:00 each side, 1:00 supine, 3x50 crunches, 55 squats, lunge.
no splits.
