Ran this with Pat. The workout was 400, 200, 200 three times with one minute rests and 10 minutes between sets. Lanese set a goal pace of 58 and 28, but it was super windy on the homestretch and I thought that was pretty optimistic to begin with. I really impressed myself with the 2s though, I felt very in control and ran my fastest one during the last set. I think it's fair to say that I'm in the 800-racing shape of my life, now to just put it all together...
