Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Tried running for the first time in 6 weeks. Jogged on the turf for 5 minutes and didn't feel any pain which is good. Thinking about it though I think I am going to wait another week before I start running because although it doesn't hurt bad, I can still feel the injury and don't want to rush back into it too soon and reinjure myself
