Comments:
I felt tired today but I think I had a good workout. I don't think I had good form going over the hurdle but I think its because I am not use to going over at slower pace. I liked the drills Carlin showed us. I love new drills. I lifted later with little Lindsey, and I stepped it up with the weights. I'll definitely be sore, stretching and foam rolling tonight.
