Tempo on Falwell.

Comments:
Did a two a day today in the morning I did the broken up tempo of 12, 12, then 10 minutes with 2 minutes rest. Then in the afternoon I did another four miles to make it a grand total of 14. Felt okay, tired and heavy but not too bad.
