Workout was 2x(3x200) with 45 and 40 seconds rest between 200s in a set, and a minute between sets. With the short rests it got pretty tough at the end (I was supposed to be 30-29-28 for each set). I might have been better on the outdoor track but it was a bit chilly out today.
