Terrible Workout

Comments:
Ran my first workout since Raleigh on the cross course, a 25 minute tempo straight from the starting line. Tyler joked on the warm up about trying to break 25 for the whole thing, and we were out in 75 but came through the mile in 5:12. I dropped off from Ty and Mahalsky a bit before 3k because I knew they were going to end up dropping me anyway, but I did not expect the gap that formed after that to be what it was. I felt terrible today, told coach I am taking a few days off completely now, and he agreed that it was a good call.
