Comments:
We started off slow, picked it up...more than I would like. My calves feel really tight. Meg used the tool on me and I cried because of the pain. It was really tight, more than indoor. I feel good enough to run though because it doesn't bother me on runs or hurdles as much.

Little lindsay and I brought our spikes today, we went over the barriers once or twice. A little bit with both of us at the same time, so no fears there. I did water jump into the sand pit because yesterday I fell into the water. I can't end on that note!
