Comments:
It was slightly raining, and windy but it was okay. I started the workout when lindsey was doing hurdles with Coach and I guess that was for the best considering her fall.

Great workout for me, I had the track all to myself. My rest were longer than I will admit, but not unreasonable. The 400 split through the 600 were: 83, 85, 85, 86. So right where you wanted me to be.

I stepped it up with weights today. Did a lot of upper body with little lindsey, she kicked my butt in those! I did more weights on squats, dead lift and etc. I like lifting.

Overall good day, something I needed.
