Comments:
I met up with little Lindsey and Erica to do our workout at like 3:15. It was good day for me. I worked on my form during the twos, and it just felt easy. I walked to the other side as my rest because I couldn't remember if you said jog. You said to hit 37-38 but I ended up averaging 35-36.

We all lifted after and then Lindsey made me dinner!
