Rail Trail Run With Add - On

Comments:
I waited until we were away from the track before taking off my shirt today because the L shaped scar on my ribcage still looks pretty gross. We did a run on the rail trail and then I added on in the woods loop. Felt awful towards the end, and lift hurt a lot. Legs are feeling rough right now.
